Random Ramblings...Where none of the shit I say makes sense to you

remember, she's not a girl who misses much

People, songs and inanimate objects I like:
Gwen Stefani. No matter how old I get, I still want to be her.

"Elevation (Influx Remix)"-U2. I usually don't like remixes, but this is an exception. This is the version you hear in the beginning of U2's concert (if you saw it in person or on tv or on DVD)

Rice Krispy Treats. So addictive

Russell Crowe. Thanks for the dream, Russell..

Wild Cherry Lifesavers

Juicy Fruit gum

"Over the Hills and Faraway"-Led Zeppelin. My favorite Zeppelin song.

Pink. The color AND the singer..Thanks Pink, that song "Don't Let Me Get Me" hits close to home, except for the part about 'damn Britney Spears'.

"Rock of Ages"-Def Leppard. Like the band says "Long live rock and roll"

Talking Heads. Permanently cool, all because of the "Once in a Lifetime" video. God bless you, David Byrne, for your herky jerky sporadic movement in the video.

E! True Hollywood Story. Damn you, E!, for making me watch them everytime.

"The Fly" on U2's Elevation DVD. On the "Love, we shine..." part, he sings in his normal voice, instead of the "fat lady" voice.

"Stay (Faraway, So Close!)", also on the Elevation DVD. Bono + The Edge + One acoustic guitar and mic = Words can not describe it. You have to be a fan to appreciate the song like that.

Achtung Baby. From November 19th, 1991 to forever, it has and will always stand as one of the greatest and coolest. Making a phone call from hell to Jesus being crucified, its all here. If you're a U2 fan, and you don't like this record, then you're not a fan.

"Everyday is a Winding Road"-Sheryl Crow. "I'm just wondering why I feel so all alone/Why I'm a stranger in my own life." One of her greatest songs ever.

"London Calling"-The Clash. An example of a song done perfectly.

"Invisible Sun"-The Police. Future Hall of Famers and hopefully a reunited band at the event. Future no more, now they are Hall of Famers, but I forgot, did they reunite?

Matthew McConaughey. Permanent crush.

"Interstate Love Song"-Stone Temple Pilots. Short, not very sweet, and classic. Instantly recognizable..that is, if you've heard the song, of course.

Scooby Doo-I REFUSE TO SEE THE LIVE ACTION MOVIE. I absolutely refuse. Thanks, but I prefer to see those meddling kids animated, not real people (or a digital Great Dane). Dammit, I saw the movie and I want my 2 hours back.

"Dirty Day (Junk Day Mix)"- U2. I alternate which version I like, the original or this version. In the Junk Day mix, Bono screams "WAKE UP!". And you do wake up at that point. "those days, days, days run away like horses over the hill..."
